5. CCTV & Surveillance

5.1 CCTV cameras are installed in common areas of the gym (entrance, workout floor, reception) for member and staff safety. Changing rooms, toilets and private areas are not monitored.

5.2 CCTV footage is retained for a maximum of 30 days and may be shared with law enforcement upon lawful request.

5.3 By entering our premises, you consent to being recorded on CCTV.
