Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using Get Fit Gym's facilities, services, website or mobile dashboard. By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Membership & Eligibility
1.1 Membership is available to individuals aged 16 years or above. Minors (16–17) require written consent from a parent or guardian.
1.2 Membership is personal and non-transferable. Sharing of access credentials is strictly prohibited.
1.3 Get Fit Gym reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership at its sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms or misconduct on premises.
2. Fees & Payments
2.1 All membership fees are due in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by management.
2.2 Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice. Existing active memberships will not be affected mid-term.
2.3 Failed or disputed payments may result in immediate suspension of access until the dues are cleared.
2.4 Any refund requests (where applicable) must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the payment date.
3. Trainer Bookings
3.1 Trainer booking slots must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged or counted as a missed session.
3.2 Get Fit Gym is not liable for any individual outcomes or results from personal training sessions.
3.3 Trainers are authorised to terminate a session if the member is behaving unsafely or in violation of gym rules.
4. Health & Medical Conditions
4.1 Members are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries or physical limitations before beginning any exercise programme.
4.2 Get Fit Gym strongly recommends members obtain medical clearance from a qualified physician before commencing intense physical activity.
4.3 Members with known cardiovascular conditions, musculoskeletal disorders, or post-surgical recovery should inform staff before using any equipment.
5. Waiver of Liability – Injury & Risk
5.1 Physical exercise involves inherent risk of injury. By using the gym facilities, you voluntarily assume all risks of bodily injury, including minor injuries, serious physical injury, permanent disability or death.
5.2 Get Fit Gym, its owners, employees, trainers and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss of property or damage suffered on the premises, unless caused by gross negligence on the part of the gym.
5.3 Members are responsible for using equipment correctly. Misuse of equipment that results in injury is solely the member's responsibility.
5.4 In the event of a medical emergency, staff will attempt to contact emergency services. Get Fit Gym does not guarantee the availability of a medical professional on-site at all times.
6. Code of Conduct
6.1 Members must treat staff and fellow members with respect. Verbal or physical abuse will result in immediate membership termination without refund.
6.2 Appropriate gym attire is mandatory. Footwear must be worn in the workout area at all times.
6.3 Members must re-rack weights, wipe down equipment after use, and respect others' time on shared machines.
6.4 Photography or video recording of other members without consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Personal Belongings
7.1 Get Fit Gym is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal property including valuables, electronics or vehicles on the premises.
7.2 Members are advised to use lockers provided and not to bring large sums of cash or expensive items to the gym.
8. Use of Digital Platform
8.1 Access to the online dashboard is provided for personal use only. Sharing login credentials is prohibited.
8.2 Any attempt to reverse-engineer, hack or misuse the platform will result in legal action and permanent ban.
8.3 Get Fit Gym reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature of the digital platform at any time.
9. Suspension & Termination
9.1 Get Fit Gym may suspend or terminate a membership without refund for: breach of these Terms, non-payment, disruptive behaviour, or any activity that endangers others.
9.2 Members may request membership freeze for medical reasons, supported by a medical certificate, at management's discretion.
10. Amendments
10.1 Get Fit Gym reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the gym's registered city.
